Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your web purchase, please return all items to the store within 10 days from the date we shipped your purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs to:
All merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Any item that does not meet these requirements or that is returned after 10 days will not be refunded. Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged, they are final sale.
You may use the delivery service of your choice, however, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and request “Return Signature Required” as we cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive. Please include your receipt and a note if you would like to try a different size or item.
Once received, we will refund your credit card, or apply the amount to your exchange/new order. You will receive an e-mail once your refund/exchange has been processed.
